Frequently Asked Questions

We deliver Starting at 6pm and return the following day after dark to pick up. We cannot guarantee times based on our other pick ups and deliveries. Rentals are roughly 20 hours. Graduation signs are installed earlier and picked up earlier do to overwhelming demand during End of school year. 

 The earlier you book and pay the better. You will likely have full options to choose what you like. We can book quickly especially for events like graduation. Graduation, for example, would be one you would want to try and book months in advance. As for regular birthday or yard greetings, a week to two week notice is ample in most cases.

  If it is raining, we will deliver with some delays. If it is lightening, severe thunderstorm, or hail we will have to reach out to reschedule your delivery or refund money. 

And If Winds are above 13 mph we will reschedule or refund money

Answer Would be no,  unfortunately. Apartments share yards and vandalism and theft can occur. In addition most complexes have a policy against the delivery and setup.
